Recap & Reminders 2016 June 8

Last Sunday in the Link we started a new series entitled Set Free, in which we began to explore the early days of St. Paul’s conversion.  Here are the two questions we discussed during breakout groups:

1. How has your upbringing uniquely prepared you to serve God?
2. How can a personal encounter with Christ transform and perfect your faith?  Does this verse include past negative experiences?  If so, how?

If you missed this past Sunday’s message in The Link, please accept our apologies but due to technology issues, we won’t be able to post the message.

Join us this coming Sunday as continue our series “Set Free” when we will be discussing tradition in the message entitled “Free to Give What You Have Received.”  Here are a couple of questions we will start with this Sunday in the Link during our breakout session
1. When was the last time you carved out time to be absolutely alone with God? What arrangements needed to be made?
2. How do you understand tradition in light of this passage?
Colossians 2:8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.
